Do a body wrap!

I hate going to the gym and I have developed a nice little workout library of my own 😀

I like doing kettlebells because I feel like you get more bang for your buck

I’ve done w/ the gym so I’m going back to yoga.  Great stress reliever and I was in incredible shape before my injury.

I’ve actually gone on a diet to lose 8-10lbs to fit my dress as well as lose the extra weight I’ve gained since Fiance and I have moved in together.

My exercise routime:

Yoga a min of 3x a wk, bike riding for an hour 3x a wk, and light weights @ home.  I am trying to do 30 min a day.  Its soo nice outside, I like to ride my bike or walk.  Since I commute 3x a wk, I need exercise to relieve my stress.  Normally it was a good glass of wine but I’m trying to get preggers.

no cokes! drink water for a month and you will lose 5-10 pounds no big deal! …well that is if you drink them…or any thing other than water really.

start doing crunches and push ups too..

the more muscle you have the more calories you burn sitting on your ass alone!

im a gym rat though so i dont really reccommend do anything but working out and eating right! =) working out is fun! just do like ten minutes of cardio and then lift light weights for 30 min. (cardio can be bballin, tennis, raquet ball, swimming) its doesnt have to be running on the treadmill

Have you heard of Bikram Yoga? It’s pretty expensive but it works miracles! If you’re on a budget or they don’t have it in your area..you can buy the routine on a cd or itunes (which I did) for $20. It’s an hour and a half workout but it goes by really quick..and you’re being told what to do the whole time so there’s no time for you to think to yourself “wow, this treadmill sucks..I’d really rather be watching tv!” lol
