I need some workout advice!
I absolutely love working out in my living room to DVDs. Buuuuut, we’re on the 2nd floor of a 2 family house and the walls/floors are a bit thin. I haven’t worked out since we moved in a few months ago and went do one of my workouts today. With every jumping jack I did I could just feel myself pounding on their ceiling.
I would really like to join a gym, but I honestly cannot afford it.
What can I do?

Collect free “weekly trials” for gyms and try them out =]

Hahaha… My Fiance runs outside and I’ve gone with him a few times… I freakin’ hate it! It’s so dark and cold right now, the last thing I want to go run outside. Bleck.
Pilates is a good idea, I’ve been thinking about maybe getting some yoga DVDs.
Hehe, the gym down the street from me is offering a free week trial, I’m thinking about checking it out.. I wish memberships weren’t so expensive!

are you friendly with your neighbors? maybe you can talk to them about times they wouldn’t mind the noise or aren’t home. it’s really thoughtful and neighborly of you to worry about this!
