How many times did you go to the gym or do another type of workout the week of the wedding?
I thought I would go everyday, not to lose weight, but just for stress relief and to maintain. But I’ve been so gosh darn busy that I’ve only been once this week! Hopefully I can convince my fiance to come with me today. I need those endorphins lol

I have every intention to go every single day up until my wedding morning (heck knowing me – I won’t be able to sleep and I’ll be gyming it at 4am the day of my wedding).

Well– I’ll be in marathon training, so I will be running 5 days a week and body pump two days. I plan to run the morning of the wedding (not the 12 miles I am supposed to be doing, I’ll do those the day before and just run 3-4 miles that morning)

I fully intended to work out every single day the week before the wedding, but only had time/energy to go twice. I wish I’d gone more!
