(Closed) Working out with FI makes getting up for early morning workouts so much easier!

@FutureMrs86:  Fiance and I go together as well.  He had class last night and told me I should head to the gym so I wouldn’t be at home bored.  I told him that I am not as motivated when someone doesn’t go with me.  I could walk in, go for 20 mins, and then say “eff this”.  Haha.  I like going together becomes it’s something we’re accomplishing together.  Plus I know he’s not going to allow me to leave within 20-25 minutes if I want to stop.

It’s the opposite for me!  My SO is happy to leave after 30 minutes, and I’ll happily leave with him, but if I go alone I spend at least an hour at the gym.  I like having him there for company though. 🙂

@FutureMrs86:  It will be! I started going to the gym again last week, and the first couple days I had to keep convincing myself it was worth it to stay on the bike for an hour, but after that it got easier and now the hour seems like it’s up before I know it.  🙂

 @FutureMrs86:  I usually wake up @ 6:30 on a regular work day but I am taking on a cross fit training program which means I would have to wake up @ 4:40!! I’m dreading it but reading your post about you feeling better makes me feel little better about it.  I am not doing this with the boyfriend b/c of his work schedule but working out is our hobby, we love going together.

@FutureMrs86:  4:45?!  Surprised I don’t think I could do it!  Lol I’m not a morning person.

ETA: I would rather go in the morning, but I just can’t drag myself out of bed.

My husband and I try to work out together in the evenings, but we far too often find excuses not to. We really need to get up together in the morning to fit it in. This post has inspired me to really work on that and see if we can get that going!
