Hey girls! Here is the start of our workout journey together! (I’m trying to sound motivational and supportive!!! HEEHEE) We will post our weekly weigh-ins here (every Monday Morning) and how much we have (gained)/lost. We can talk everyday to keep each other motivated and supported too! Our group (so far) includes:

So, to start:
My current weight: 136 lbs
Ideal weight: 120-125 lbs

Hi Rosie, Ok so I’m soo glad we are doin this. I know that u wanted to only lose 10 pounds but I will like to lose about 60 to start. I’m on the heavier side but still very pretty (lol).
My currrent weight: 219 lbs
Ideal weight to start:190 lbs
I mean i will love to go down to 160 lbs but i want to start with small goals. I’m excitied! BRING THE PAIN!!!! lol

Hey girls…I’m glad we’re doing this. I told my Fiance about it and now we’re having a side bet. He and I both weighed in too and we’re going to try and lose weight. Whoever wins between the two of us from now until the end of February, when we take our engagements pics, gets $200! Cool, huh.
My current weight: 168
Goal weight: 140ish…if I get in the 130’s, even 139. I’d be ecstatic!
My plan for tomorrow: 1 hour of P90X.

I’m totally interested!
Current Weight: 156lbs
Goal Weight: 145lbs
I’ve got so many exercise videos, plus I’m spinning twice a week and supposed to be running (the cold! It makes me so lazy!). I tend to sabotage myself by eating copious amounts of chocolate. I’m workin on it! 🙂 Accountability is a great thing!

I’ll join in! School got the best of me and I haven’t been working out – I am planning on getting a good routine started this week and continuing it through christmas break with the hope of sticking with it!!! Toothfairyb I am with you on the chocolate – especially this time of the year! Christmas time + Stressful Finals = CHOCOLATE INDULGENCE

Glad to see everyone this morning, and some new girls (HI TOOTHFAIRYB AND DWBRIDE!)!!!! I’m going to start Jillians 30 Day Shred (again )!
Lets just post everyday about how we are doing, when we want to eat chocolate (we can help each other say no!) and then post our weights on Mondays. Glad to have you here and good luck!!!

Yeah no kidding! I would have to! I bought chocolate for stocking stuffers and had to hide it from myself!!! Out of sight, out of mind (or so they say! For me out of site, just find it!!!!)

Oh no girls! I did something HORRIBLE!!!! I’m at work and haven’t eaten all day, so I’m STARVING! Well, I walked in back to go to the bathroom, and they had chips and dip and CREAM PUFFS sitting back there. Well, I had a few chips with dip, and about 5 cream puffs! Horrible, I know! But I’m so hungry! I didn’t bring ANYTHING to eat today, such a bad idea!

I would love to join in! I am a student so I am in the same boat with recovering from holidays disaster eating and stressful no time to eat healthy finals. I played into the late night infomercial and bought was seems to be a good work out tape. its called Flirty Girl Fitness and man is it a butt kicker. My legs are in so much pain and the stairs feel like my enemy right now!!

@shannon1126: Hi! Thats funny you got it from an infomercial!!! But if it works, heck yes! I always feel like a dork doing videos, and Fiance makes fun of me!!! But they do work! I love/hate that pain! Its so nice because you feel like it really is working, but oh man it hurts!!!!

I just ordered my dress, so now I have a visual to target when I just don’t feel like getting going – NO MORE PIT FAT!
