My Fiance’ and I want to start a workout program together to get in better shape for the wedding & honeymoon! We’re both fairly fit and slim just want to tone up some areas and maybe lose a few pounds. We’re thinking of P90x, insanity, or something like it. Any suggestions?

I’ve done P90X and Insanity. Both are great programs, but I personally liked Insanity better. It is intense though! Be prepared to sweat!

I heard that both of those are great. I just started the 30 Day Shred. I saw a lot of good reviews of it here on the Bee. So far, it’s really tough and I like it b/c it’s only 20 min a workout.

Join daily burn. They have several programs that match P90X and insanity.

lift weights. cardio won’t help you tone.

I’ve done both p90x and insanity on and off. I just started Shaun T’s new workout focus T25. Loving the short workouts (25 mins only!!!) 5 days a week. Definitely do-able!
