(Closed) Workout routine?

Ah the workout routine. It’s the “routine” part that screws me up. I can never stick with anything!

The longest stretch I’ve done was when I did yoga every morning for 3 months. I found the workouts in Comcast’s On Demand programs.

You don’t have to have a routine-just try to move for 30 minutes a day! You can run/walk, lift weights, do body weight exercises, dance-anything that gets your heart rate up! I rarely get to the gym, so I do work out videos at home every day and there are enough out there to have tons of variety.

Do you go to the gym?  I really like Jamie Eason’s live fit training schedule.  It’s free (yay!) but has 12 weeks of workouts and diet plan.  The routines are all different and includes rest days.  The first few weeks are all weight training and then she slowly introduces cardio.
