@MsKaren:  I think you should definitely add a diamond to it, but go to another jeweler, because the one you spoke to was trying to rip you off. 

I love small solitaires, so I think it’d be great.

Honestly at that size no one can tell if it’s a diamond or not. I would just leave it as it is.
