We got a worm bin as a Christmas gift and now have to harvest it (I think). Any tips or encouragement? I think this is going to be a dirty business. We eventually want to turn our garden to a mini-farm. Any sites or comments are welcomed!

Very cool! I don’t have any experience with it but I’ll bet your garden will be amazing after this! In my college town there was a worm guy that drove a converted ambulance, named the “Wormbulance”, of course.

I don’t have any advice for you, but this reminds me of a movie we just watched called “no impact man”. He had a worm bin in his small NYC apartment and it got all nasty.

a Wormbulance! Nice.
Yes, we are going to help boost our garden since the area we live in is pretty dry and we hope our mango tree will continue to thrive with the worm droppings. Plus it feels like we aren’t wasting food. Our gardening friends want our harvest so we will try out best.
No Impact Man…sound interesting..
