My advice is water, water, water. I drink a gallon of water thoroughout the day every day and my bloat dropped off quickly. The more hydrated you are, the less your body will retain water. Also, try cutting out a lot of salt. That causes bloating too. But I really suggest trying to up your water intake. It works!

Honestly, it looks like it’s a big snug in the bust area, and no amount of dieting or drinking water is going to shrink your boobs in a week. Water and eating smaller portions, not at night, may help with your waist, though.

You look beautiful!

In terms of bloat, lots of water, limit salty/fatty foods and lots of fibre!

Ballerina tea!!  I’m telling you bee, you will unbloat so quickly, you won’t even know what happened to you!  I switched out breakfast for a shake made with meal replacement powder and almond milk and drank ballerina tea every other day and lost 5 lbs in ONE week of just water weight!

I continued to do this for several weeks but then stopped the tea because your body can grow dependant on it for bowel movements and I didn’t want that to happen.  I continued with the shakes though and just eating leaner and ended up losing 45 lbs in total.

Would you considered intermittent fasting? Research it. I am doing it now. I wish I did it for my wedding. I am currently only eating between the hours of 11 AM and 7 PM.

I read one of Jillian Michael’s books a long time ago and she always talked about the “photo shoot diet” that she would do before a big shoot to debloat. It consisted of lean fish and water filled veggies like zuccini and cucumbers.

Stay away from all sugar, including some of the higher sugar fruits. Keep to berries and cantaloupe. Keep carbs low, stay away from salt, drink a ton of water. Either way you will be looking beautiful! I love your dress!

PrincessPeach13 :  My uncle accidentally served that to a friend of his when he came over for an afternoon visit. My uncle is in his 70s and doesn’t drink tea so he thought it was just a regular tea. My aunty uses it for constipation but she only has a quarter of a cup when shes badly backed up.

My uncles friend started sweating profusely as he was leaving and crapped his pants as he opened the door to his car! It was only when my aunty came home, heard the story of my uncles friend then saw the used teabag in the rubbish bin did she twig as to what happened.

My uncle felt terrible. My Aunty now keeps the tea in another cupboard so nobody gets confused 😱

cmsgirl :  OMG that’s terrible but soooooo funny!!!  Yeah, that’s definitely true though.  If you’ve had the tea, when you’ve gotta go, YOU’VE GOTTA GO!

Skip dinner and have a protein shake instead. Don’t do this every day, but maybe 2 x per week. You should easily lose a pound or two and lose a lot of bloat. And stop snacking, just three square meals a day. Works for me. It’s actually good to let your digestion rest every once in a while anyways.

I’ve seen people I know have good and fast results from a juice only diet for a week. Literally 8 big bottles of juice a day (so you don’t get hungry). Could try that the week of. Could also try with adding veggies. I would cut out meat and simple carbs.

And I would up the cardio to an hour a day for a week or two in combination with the above.

For me I also find if I have a small dinner or veggies only dinner, I see a good reduction on the scale and around my tummy in the morning.

Your breasts look AMAZING.

I agree with water water water. Don’t avoid the resort food, just firm moderation and smart choices.

Try intermittent fasting, search on YouTube:) ,drink a lot of water, reduce or totally cut out carbs for dinner, less salty food.. eat more fish and veggies

All these helps me a lot to maintain my weight and also try Hiit for work out if you haven’t already. You don’t need equipment for Hiit.
