Probiotic’s are your friend I swear by them. Cardio every day til your trip and water! It looks just slightly snug but should be just right by the wedding 🙂

Be aware that you can get dilutional hyponatremia from drinking too much water too quickly and this can be very serious. 800-1000ml of water ingested in an hour max. Not every hour either.

Less carbs and less salt. Exercise too. Don’t over do though. You don’t want to feel poorly on your wedding day.

Like what many already suggested, lower carb and salt the night before because they make the body hold on to water. Drink lots of water, especially if you increase fibre otherwise you’ll have a different kind of bloating! Personally I wouldn’t change my fibre intake too close to the date even if I don’t already eat high fibre like I do.

Don’t be tempted to take laxatives! The horror stories…
