I own some rose gold, and I find that it doesn’t clash with other metals. In fact, many Bees love how it compliments white metals. Ultimately, if I were you, it would come down to this question: how much do you like rose gold on your skin tone? If you really love it, go for the rose gold and morganite, and eventually buy more matching jewelry. If not, I’d opt for the white gold with morganite (or the white topaz, if you’re really concerned about color coordination).

I would definitely go with white gold. I got a rose gold band and honestl it just looks dirty. It also does not match anything. It’s very trendy. Anything but rose gold unless youre completely obsessed!

I completely disagree. I have an 18k rose gold e-ring with a matching wedding ring and I find that not only do they complement my skin tone far more than platinum (which would have been my choice if I didn’t have rose gold), but because of this I feel they are ‘part’ of me and therefore any other jewellery I wear with them is just part of a mismatched set.

Your wedding set is the most important jewellery you will ever wear,  not only because of its meanig but because you will wear it every day for the rest of your life. Other jewellery will come and go, so don’t try matching your wedding set to other jewellery you happen to like right now.

I have a rose gold/ morganite ring and sometimes I wear it with a white gold semi eternity band.  I frequently use a two tone watch that helps tie the look together.

lovelymoonfox:  i dont have a rose gold ering but i do have rose gold charms that are on a silver charm bracelet alongside silver charms that i wear every day. This sits on my left wrist near my ering which is platinum and i think it all looks great together

I have that ring! Lol. Or a very similar one. And I just sucked it up and got a rose gold ring as well. also, I, like you, only own white gold and silver jewelry so I thought it’d be a pain to mix but…it feels nice to know that only my wedding jewelry is rose gold and the rest is different. 🙂 good luck!

I had rose gold & morganite but grew disappointed with the morganite because it always had that dull haze on it except for a few seconds after cleaning, and I was envious of the sparkle other rings got – so I switched it out with moissy.

My rose gold ring made me realize that white gold does not compliment my skin tone at all!  I am still getting a wedding band that has both white and rose gold to go with my rose gold e-ring. I think they look fabulous together!

Rose gold with pink stones is such a lovely combination!  The ring I want has a white gold band and rose gold around the pink centre stone, so it can match with other silver coloured items.

I *love* my rose gold; it looks great with my skin tone. I’ve never had an issue with it not going with other pieces, even though I didn’t own any rose gold before my e-ring.

SydneyJen. Your wedding set should be your main focus and you can get jewelry to compliment whatever you fall in love with for your wedding set :)<br />

i have a peach champagne sapphire in rose gold and I picked it because I fell in love with the way it looked, not because of my jewelry collection that I current had at the time (which was mostly white gold). I’ve found some really cute rose gold jewelry on etsy to compliment it. I love my set SO much and I don’t regret my decision at all!

I vote rose gold all the way. My ring is rose gold with morganite. I don’t think it looks “dirty.” I actually get a lot of compliments on it. People love how different it is. I do agree with turnanewleaf though that the morganite does get dirty pretty quick. I, too, plan to switch it out for a clear moissy. If the morganite and rose gold look is what you’re going for I would definitely choose a barely pink moissy.

But rose gold really is so beautiful. I’m obsessed. I have rose gold engagement ring, wedding band will be rose gold, earrings that are rose, a fossil watch, a wristlet, and my phone case… All rose gold…. I guess you could say I’m slightly obsessed. I may or may not have taken apart and painted my GameBoy color (yeah I still have one…) glittery rose gold too. (hint: I totally did)

lovelymoonfox:  Do you wear watches often? Maybe just get a rose gold watch that you can wear all of the time to compliment your ring.
