As an etsy seller myself, This is not an acceptable behavior. You paid her for a service and didn’t deliver. Sorry for your bad experience.

Also I just went to her site to check it out. Never order from an etsy shop if the feedback is less then 99%. So many sellers are so good about service and its normal to have 100%. This seller should definitely go on “vacation” mode once and a while so she can catch up on orders and provide better service. She obviously can’t handle her sales.

also, if they have 400 sales and not as many feedbacks? should raise a red flag. i saw a shop that had 350 sales.. and only 25 feedbacks. it’s feedback level was 100%, but i didn’t trust it. something fishy was going on.

Warning flag one: She doesn’t have a seller profile.


Warning flag two: She doesn’t have shop policies.


Warning flag three: She has 43 negatives. While she has had 7600 sales, a lot of these sales are not being reported via feedback or else her rating wouldn’t have dropped to a 96%. [This means 14% of her sales are not recieving feedback. This is a pretty steep number for someone who sells as much as she does and should be a warning flag all on its own.]


I can’t back you up on the status of her listings beforehand but they do all say 4-6 weeks of work time on them now.


There isn’t really anything Etsy can do unless your feedback is abusive. I see a feedback I suspect is yours and it isn’t absusive, so all Etsy will do is tell her to make it right and use Kiss And Make Up in order to change the feedback.


Learning experience for both of you, I suppose.

I bought my hangers from her around thanksgiving on a Black Friday sale for $5 and they came out great – super fast and responsive seller! must be super busy right now with it being wedding season.

@futuremrsk18:  I’m sorry you had that experience.. I ordered my bridal hanger from her too and at the time it was a $4.99 sale with shipping it came out to like $12.99.. She said it would take 4 weeks to be shipped out.. Well 4 weeks came and I let it slide because I heard she got bombarded with orders, then I got a message if I can give her a few weeks more.. But what got me angry was that other ladies who ordered after I did, received their hanger before me and their wedding date was/is after My date. It took about 8 weeks to get my hanger in the mail after I sent her a message complaining.. She did throw in a free ” bride” tote bag which was nice, but I didn’t like the wait and the other brides receiving there order before me when they ordered after.
