The venue we’re getting married/having our reception is actually an inn. It’s a small inn though, with few rooms and blocking available only the night of the wedding. So, in planning for out of town guests, we got blocks of roms at two separate hotels.
Yesterday, we went to meet with the caterer at the venue, and apparently two people have actually booked rooms at the inn. Which is fine, and good since there are rooms available for that. Originally, the plan was to put in info for the rooms that we have blocked, and the prices and contact info. Now I’m wondering if it makes sense to add that there are limited rooms avaliable at the venue, somehow acknowledging that we don’t actually have a block.
So, should we include information about all three hotels, or just the two that are blocked?
