Would a gold wedding band look bad with my E ring?

I think a gold band would clash with your ring, but to eat her own!

Maybe do a gold band as a stand alone for both looks.

I’d probably pair it with a white gold band but I’m not much of a mixed metal person.  If I was going to mix metals I’d probably do a stack.

Your ring is gorgeous! I love the look of white and rose gold together. They’re both cool-toned metals and work better than white and yellow, to my eye. The good news is that simple gold bands are inexpensive. If you start with one and it isn’t perfect, you can always do something a little flashier. It’s also very practical to have a simple gold band to wear while cleaning, working out, etc.

I think a rose gold would compliment your ring beautifully! I have several sets of in white, rose, and yellow gold and I sometimes mix them up for fun. I love the look of all three gold colors together too. You could do a dainty spacer…like a twisted band… in rose gold and plain wedding band in yellow. Your ring is stunning!!!

I love love the look of a simple yellow gold wedding band.

See Kate Middleton’s yellow gold plain band and Meghan Markle’s plain yellow gold band that they each pair with their engagement rings.

Think it looks so classy and timeless!! I plan to have a platinum 3 stone diamond e-ring and wear it with a yellow gold band myself. Go for it πŸ™‚

It could be quite pretty.   I’d try on some simple bands in white gold, rose gold, and yellow gold to see what you think.

Cristina2 :   I like mixed metals so I think a slim yellow gold band might look nice

Cristina2 : Let me clarify lol! I only have one diamond set which is my “REAL” set but have bought several moissanite sets for myself to switch things up depending on my mood. They are so affordable and it’s such a beautiful stone that I couldn’t help myself and had to have them in different shapes and gold colors 😊

Since your ring’s surface appears to be covered in diamonds, I don’t think getting a different colored metal would be that noticeable. Plus you might want to eventually wear your band just on its own so they don’t have to match. Personally I love the look of mixed metals so I’d go try on some yellow and rose gold and see what you like!
