Darling Husband has talked about upgrading my engagement ring setting. Do you think a halo would look good with my wedding band or would it be too much? Also, do you think I will regret switching to a halo? I will most definitely wear them together. If I did get a halo, I would get this one: http://www.bluenile.com/diamond-engagement-ring-platinum_7813What do you all think?

Wow! ok so I have a halo so usually I would be biased but your ring is SO amazing as is I would leave it. Your Engagement Ring and wedding band look FABULOUS together! I would not change it one bit!!

I think the halo will look great and will tie the e-ring and band together even more

i like you ring the way it is but since i am going to be upgrading my solitaire shortly i am goin to vote HALO just cause i love them soooo much

I too am a halo lover and am usually all for more halos but I think your setting is beautiful as it is! Has your fi considered instead of an upgrade, buying a right hand ring or a diamond pendant for oyu?

haha, I just made it a 50/50 split! As someone who used to have a plain band and then got a more elaborate setting, I vote HALO! 🙂 Either way will be beautiful though!

You have a classic solitaire that will never go out of style! It’s gorgeous in its simplicity. I say let that lovely diamond shine on its own and go without the halo.

I said leave as is b/c I think your wedding band is more elaborate so I like the simpler, classic setting. However if you do upgrade to a halo, are you set on the blue nile one? If not you should consider Leon Mege – not sure if you can beat his halos. They are stunning:

i love your band. it is gorgeous. does it go all the way around or just half?
as for your ering, why don’t you go to a jewellery store and try on a halo ring to see how it looks. take a pic and post it so we can vote on the pics. it’s kind of hard to imagine it. i think it would look really nice but can’t be sure.

Um… this is a tough one. Personally, I think your ring is prettier without the halo. But, i think the halo would match your wedding ring and bring the whole thing together. So, i really don’t know, haha.

My wedding band only goes around half way. I would go try one on but every store I go to has diamonds all of the way around the band and I think a pain band would look much better. The only other store I went to wouldn’t allow photos. Thanks for all of you help so far!

I have a halo similar to that one, and I love it, BUT I think the style looks best with a simple band like a thin pave or plain band. Your elaborate band is beautiful, and I think the simplicity of that gorgeous big solitaire compliments it well. So I say keep it as is!

I have a halo and wish a wedding band like yours would look good with it. Don’t get me wrong, I love my e-ring. But, I think that your rings look like they were made for each other. I would leave your set as it is.

I love your wedding band, where did you get it?
PS- No halo. The set looks great. Maybe an annversary band for the other side if you want more bling?

Wow that’s a difficult choice, personally I think your wedding set is just perfect!!!!!
But halos are amazing…
I vote stay the same
