As I posted earlier, I’m having issues finding the exact bridesmaid dresses that I want (see previous post for background info).
I’m considering changing my Bridesmaid or Best Man dresses to grey as a neutral color. Would the grey dress match my guys attire? I’m worried that the grey dresses won’t match the khaki color of the mens attire. I’m posting a picture of both below.

you don’t have any poll selections – but they do match!

Looks like a good match to me – the colors blend nicely. Beautiful dress btw! 🙂

They will look great together!

@axeyourmakeupkit: Can you elaborate a little more on what doesn’t work? Thanks.

This is hard to explain.
In my mind, it clashes. The khaki has yellow undertones that don’t work with the gray. Plain yellow and gray are fine, but a yellowish khaki isnt. Can you find a cooler shade of khaki?
It’s like looking at an outfit and knowing something is off. You don’t knoW why, you just Know it looks bad.

@axeyourmakeupkit: Thank you. I also wondered the same thing. I asked Fiance if he would want to switch to grey vests & pants and he said no. It’s the only thing he has cared about in the wedding planning so I’ll stick with khaki and maybe different dresses. Thank you 🙂

I personally don’t like gray and khaki together. Plus the shades of these colors that you’re using are both very pale so I feel like it may all look a bit washed out.

By The Way Love your dress!!

I kinda don’t think gray and khaki match… But I love the styles. Can you change the BMs dress to something else. I think gray goes more with black.

@IUrebekah3RT: You’re welcome, I’m sorry it’s like trying to describe air.
I would get different dresses if he’s set on khaki.

The bridesmaids dress is nice. Can you get it in a different color? The gray does not work with the khaki.

What about matching the bridesmaids’ dresses to the color of the guys’ ties? I think that would look cool… not a fan of the khaki and gray together, though.

I love the styles, but I’m with the bees who said that the grey and khaki don’t really work. I think it’s because the grey seems like such a cool color compared with the khaki. If the groomsmen had grey ties and the bridesmaids had khaki or champagne roses/sashes, it might work…but I wouldn’t want you to go into it without being able to try it out first, because it also might not work at all.
What about navy? Navy and khaki usually look great together. Sage tends to look nice, too, depending on the shade. Or you could put them in coral.
