@Ryansgirl:Nope, I would suggest doing it exactly as you are.  You aren’t going to pay for unused so its a win!  With a tab, you don’t really tell.  People unfortunately just find out.  It is kinda the most blunt way.  But it keeps your cost controlled.

Apparently wedding bees love mimosas haaha and I’m gonna jump right on that train! And also it would be good to add some kind of fruit tray/station for health conscious guests. Your reception sounds lovely though!

Whoah hey, wedding-style-twin! Hooray for brunches!

Our ceremony is from 11:30am-12pm and cocktail hour — we’re calling it Pastry Hour — is from 1-2pm. We’re serving pastries and fruit during this time, along with bowls of mimosas, hard cider, and non-alcoholic cider. On top of that the bar will be an open-capped bar (i.e. open bar until they hit our $$ cap then goes to cash bar). 

Brunch begins immediately at 2pm since we’re doing all the dances after the food.
