We did it! It rained HARD on my wedding day and we didn’t get most of the photos we wanted. So we booked another session for like $200.

We do this all the time for brides. Sometimes even years later. Most of them don’t rent a tux again they either wear a suit they already own or khakis & a white shirt. Hopefully that helps so you don’t have to get a tux!

I think this is the most opptomistic way to look at the situation; you rock! I say do it! It’d be like a Bridal Portraits, but Together and somewhere fantastic, or “fancy” Married Pictures. =)

I actually think it would be more fun to take “Day After Photos” than Engagement Photos. Capture more details of the Bride and Groom on their day.

@Miss Sorbet: It could be similair to a TTD session and youd probably get more visually interesting photographs this way.

I’ll be doing one too! No worries, its totally normal and I’m looking forward to being more “relaxed” and having fun in my photos 🙂

I think that it would be a great idea! You can play in your dress again and make the day really just about the two of you. I say go for it!

Well, think positively, you could have paid over $6,000 for a photographer that was a piece of $h*t, treated you like crap, took horrible pictures, and made the entire experience a miserable nightmare.  Yes, this happened to me.

Not at all, it sounds fun actually, redoing the day, reviving your wedding day emotions without all the stress. Go for it!
