So my fiance who only wants an opinion once in a blue moon has said that he wants to wear a green tie not an orange tie.. Which is okay, except me & my bridesmaid were kind of set on her wearing orange.. Now I’m up in the air about the dress. Do you think her wearing an orange dress but the guys having green on would clash? She doesn’t mind wearing green, but we are doing chartreuse & its kind of hard to find the dress in that color.. I’ve found mint green but that to me looks to springy.

No! Let him wear a different color – sets him apart from everyone else! It adds a nice pop of color too.

I think it’s fine, and if you get a sage-y green it’ll totally work with the fall colors.

My wedding colors will be coral, ivory and hints of olive… that’s same color “family” as what you’re describing and I think the colors look lovely together.

Have the other guys wear orange ties. It sets him apart. All our groomsmen wore pewter/charcoal vests and ties, but my hubby wore burgundy. It looked great because my bouquet was red/burgundy, so we matched and the bridesmaid’s bouquets were silver so they matched 🙂

I’m just having one bridesmaid now because he only had one person he wanted in the wedding on his side.. So if I had him wear green & his friend wear Orange would that look odd since its just the two of them?

No way! I think it would look nice.
