I think that would be a lovely gesture.

I do not think it would be weird or crossing a line, but if you are concerned, buy some of the clothing and then mail them to her without putting your name or information. Be a “guardian angel” for her family.

I think it would be increadably sweet. I love the idea of doing it annonymusly too! (unless you want to use it as a way to get back in touch with her).

I don’t think it would make her feel bad (after all she is posting about needing prayers/help), if anything, it would be amazing to know people are looking out for her even if she doesn’t talk to them everyday.

Onsies,

footie Pjs,

dresses are good because they can be shorter or longer and still fit.

Depending on how old the baby is, those baby legging things that they wear with a onesie so you don’t have to take pants off of them to change the diaper…

Hats (for sun in the summer and cold in the winter)

Or maybe something that she would not be able to get for herself cheap like a pair of dress shoes?

What a sweet thought and gesture for you to do! If she is vocal about asking for spare clothes from another friend, then I think she would be immensely grateful for anything you send her. Anonymously would be one way to do it, otherwise you could simply state that you love buying baby clothes and you saw these and thought her daughter might like them.

You are such a wonderful friend to be helping her out when she’s in need! I’d give you suggestions on what to get… but I have zero baby experience and wouldn’t know where to begin.

I don’t know. I mean if she really wanted to she could find out, but if you didn’t put your name and address it may take some work. If you ordered online, and had it shipped right to her that may work but you said you wanted to get stuff from a consignment shop… I would just send it regular mail.

If she figures it out it would be all the better. 🙂 Maybe it will spark up your friendship agian.

You really are an amazing friend! 🙂

Or you seem to be an amazing friend… I just realized that last comment made me sound like a hardcore internet creeper (ok so maybe I am!)

I dont think that would be weird at all. I did the same for a freind and she was grateful. I hope things get better for her.
