I like the first one the best, looks more bridal. Than the other two. Maybe try adding a poll so you can get more feedback. 🙂

I only really like the second one as a wedding dress. Number 1 is definitely prom.

They do feel a little too prom to me.

@love108:  I agree. Out of the three, only #2 looks wedding-ish to me, IMO.

Silly?  Nah.  Look like a wedding gown?  Nah.  I especially think you’d regret getting a polyester dress at the end of the day.

The second one is definitely more ‘bridal’ but to my eye, none of these are very flattering on the model… which means the chances of them looking good on a regular human are very slim.

All scream prom to me. Plus the model looks preggers in them. Not a good sign IMO.

@luvmyDwight:   it’s not unusual for plus size women to carry their weight around the middle.

We all need to remember that not every bride has the budget to buy a designer wedding dress. There are many suitable dresses that can be sourced elsewhere.

i think they’re all very prom and not wedding-y at all, but out of the three, #2 is the closest to a wedding dress

I’m loving the second one, and sorry but, the first one does scream prom to me. Look at it this way though, it’s your wedding. If you wanted to wear pink and purple polka dots you could. It’s about what you want to wear.

I think the third one in white or off-white would look nice as a wedding dress… But only IF it flatters your body type.

But, like StrongHearts191j says, it’s YOUR wedding. Wear whatever you like!

(I actually know of a couple who had a “surprise” wedding where they and all their guests where dressed in 70’s/disco era costumes. I think he had crazy star-shaped glasses on and she had a big afro wig on when they said “I Do.” Oh, and it was a “surprise” wedding because no one but the bride and groom and the officiant [the bride’s mum] knew it was actually a wedding. All the guests thought they were at a party to celebrate the groom’s milestone b-day…)

I really like the second one but agree with the previous posters that the other two do seem a bit prom like. Perhaps they would work as a dress for the reception?
