No because they don’t own those colors.

baaah! It wouldn’t bother me too much. As long as I didn’t find a bunch of other things in common with that “other” wedding I’d be fine.

I probably would change, because I wouldn’t want to take the chance that anything I did would remind him of her on my wedding day! I was careful when i chose my dress that it was different from hers.

I would change the colors.  It would definitely bother me and I’d keep thinking if his side of the family also remembered that the colors were the same as his previous wedding.

I would try to get a look at their wedding photos and make sure that our wedding was totally different…even if the colors were the same. Lucky for me Fiance got married at the Justice of the Peace and there never was a wedding or reception. Plus he was divorced over 15 years ago so none of that stuff would be stylish now anyway…LOL.

I voted maybe, but I’m changing my opinion as I write this.  I LOVED my colors, bright blue with orange and yellow and it would not have felt the same without using them.  Luckily, they are somewhat unique (and not as popular at the end of the 90s).

But I also told my Darling Husband I didn’t want to hear anything about his first wedding so I wouldn’t be comparing it.
