Would you add these capped sleeves to this dress?

I also think the dress looks perfect as is! I wouldn’t touch a thing!

I’m a huge fan of cap sleeves, but in this instance, absolutely NOT. You’re dress looks amazing as is!

I don’t know that I would.  The bodice of your dress is already quite ornate and, even if you were able to get matching fabric/embellishments I think it might look busy.

I think that capped sleeve would look gorgeous with your dress especially if they were lace, do whatever makes you happy!

that dress is gorgeous and I think cap sleeves would look stunning as well. but not beaded like the screen definitely needs to be the same materials and lace as your bodice.

I think I’m the only one who said yes lol

I added cap sleeves to my dress (it was strapless and I wanted more coverage) – they were ordered from the dress designer to match the intricate beading on the bodice and a seamstress easily attached them. It is definitely doable.

But your dress is gorgeous as it is – so only do it if you’re really obsessed with the idea! Your gown will be lovely either way

Bee, your dress looks like it was made for you!  It’s absolutely gorgeous, and the addition of cap sleeves is totally unnecessary and may even throw the whole look off.
