People would always like more! But I think you are providing an adequate meal and bar. No worries.

I think thats fine!  I mean sure more would be great but that is perfectly fine and everyone will enjoy it!  If there was 1 thing that I had to choose itd be hot apps but thats just me, others may say an extra hour of open bar.

The dinner sounds like its not enough. I think you need to include some “sides” such as potatoes,  rice or pasta,

I’m assuming sides are included with the entree, right? If so, that sounds like a typical wedding. So it’s all good 🙂

As a guest I would be happiest to see the addition of hot appetizers during cocktail hour – I like to have something a little heavier than cheese/crackers when I am drinking (drinking on an empty stomach=bad).  If budget it tight though, I wouldn’t worry about!  Above and beyond for me at a wedding is getting face time with the happy couple, and having them take the time to thank us making the trip/sharing this day with them.

I think it will be fine.  When I went to a Destination Wedding, we didn’t really care about the appetizers because we stayed @ an all inclusive restort so took in the sights during the cocktail hour.

I voted for a signature drink because I don’t like beer or wine.  But if beer or wine was all that was available, I’d just get a soda and be ok with that.

I think if it’s a destination wedding, you need to feed people a bit more. At least some hot appetizers. How about some fruit with cake?
