Alright so I am figuring out my gifts for my BMs and this is what I came up with thus far. I have 5 BMs(my oldest sister, Future Sister-In-Law, 2 of my best friends, and my oldest niece) The only thing I’m having them buy is their dresses(which we all agreed upon) and whatever type of shoes they wanna wear.
Do you think this is enough? Should I add anything?
1) A box(6 truffles) of th Godvia Flight truffle-the flavor they like the best(flavors are mousse, cake, nut lovers, milk, dark, and ultimate dessert)
2) A necklace/earring. again matching their personality.(Still have to find a pair of 00 plugs for my one BM)
3) A hand written note to each of them telling them how much they mean to me and how happy they are a part of all of this.
4) Paying for hair/makeup if they wish to have it done but in whatever style they want.

@rmrsln2010: That would make me happy!

That’s more than enough. I would be very happy with that.

Even though they get to choose the hairstyle, that is a gift for you. Same goes for the necklace/earring if you want them to wear them in the wedding. I don’t think a handwritten note should be included on your list of what you are giving them – that is a given.
That leaves us with the box of chocolates, which is probably not enough.

@rmrsln2010: I would be happy with that but I would also rather the bride pay for my hair and make up than to give me a gift.

You had me at truffles…..that sounds great! The hair and makeup is especially a bonus.

@MrsTVLover: I wouldn’t make them wear the necklace/earrings unless they wanted to plus I would make sure it would be something they would wear again. And hair/make up is if they wish to have it done and be a little more relax with it all. But thank you for your input 🙂

If you arent “requiring” them to wear the jewelry I think it’s plenty.
