KatieB, at first I thought no way! but if you’ve tried other Maggie dresses on with similar styling then you should be safe. The fact that you want a Maggie Sottero makes me think it will turn out fine. I don’t know about you but I’ve tried a few different Maggies and they look about a million times better on me than, well, anything else! Since I know how great they look I would be comfortable ordering sight unseen. Good luck!

I am admittedly biased because I adore Maggie Sottero…I bought "Nakita" off of ebay for dirt cheap and wore it for my beach wedding. The great thing about her dresses, of course, are the corset backs. They are universally flattering. I’m sure I would have felt differently if I was paying full price, but I can’t say enough good things about Maggie dresses. If you know what works for your body and have tried similar styles, I don’t think it’s a crazy idea. But it’s still risky!

theres no way i would buy a dress without trying it on. When i went dress shopping i had all these amazing dresses that i wanted to try on that i found on the internet and didn’t like any of them once i tried them on. The dress i found is a maggie sottero dress and to tell you the truth from the picture on the interned i would have NEVER consider trying it on but once i saw it in the store and put it on it was my dress.

I tried my dress on but it was 4 sizes too small so it was hard to tell what it looked like. I think if you know the silouette that looks good on you that it should be fine. I learned really quickly what silouettes looked good on me and which ones did not. I would be scared about buying without trying but if you have no other choice and you know you love that dress then I say take a chance.
