I think it looks much more elegant with the chairs covered

While they aren’t the prettiest chairs in the world, they’re still worlds better than the chair covers. I say keep ’em.

futuremrsJR:  My opinion is probably skewed since I’m a budget bride, but I don’t really think chair covers are ever really worth the cost. Those chairs definately aren’t the worst I’ve ever seen (plus, the lighting will likely be dim enough that any color discrepancy won’t be noticed), so I say save the money for something that will matter more to you and your guests. 🙂

I hate the look of chair covers. I say leave them as-is and move on to the next thing!

Usually I hate chair covers, but imo I dislike the pattern on those chairs a lot more. It’s distracting and very not in tune with the rest of the look, unless you’re going Western 😉 If you have the chair covers at your disposal, I’d use them.

I would have an impossible time making this decision if I was you. I really don’t like those chairs but I also strongly dislike chair covers. I think I dislike the chairs enough that I would be willing to put covers on them. But that it totally just my personal opinion. If you don’t mind the chairs I say leave them uncovered. I wouldn’t worry about any clashing colors.

Leave them, the chair covers are worse- and white just makes them stick out more.

futuremrsJR:  What are your wedding colors?  I think if they aren’t totally clashing, leave them.  They are not the most ugly things I have ever seen.  The truth is, nobody will remember the chairs, only you will.  With that said, I can’t stand the chairs at my venue and chair covers are a mute dicussion with me (I think they are so hideous) so I am paying $7 a chair to have chiavari chairs at my wedding.  But it totally compelets my vision.

I think chair covers look terrible and those chairs have the added bonus of being awesome so thats a double vote for no covers.

Chair covers are worse. Just leave the chairs. To me chair covers just look like the entire table was ate by a hungry table cloth… or someone’s getting ready to paint the room. The chairs without them just makes the room look so much more spacious, light, airy.  I don’t think the ‘dark brown’ will stand out as much as you think in photos.

I’m not a fan of the chairs either but I REALLY dislike those kind of chair covers. If this were me I wouldn’t spend the extra to cover something I already dislike with somethine else I dislike lol.  I guess you have to decide which you dislike more. I wouldn’t spend the extra to cover them.
