I really appreciate all of the great advice on here!
We have decided to add mimosas to our menu. The venues options are:
Paying per glass ($6.95 each)
Paying per pitcher ($48.00 each)
Paying per champagne bottle ($20.00 each) and per juice pitcher (not sure the cost) and we would have orange/cranberry, grapefruit, and pineapple juices. This would most likely be “make your own” if we didn’t hire a bartender.
Would you all prefer one of the above options to the others?
