Nope it is one that is typed out, enlarged, and printed. We are going to put in in a picture frame.
Btw this couple will not be the only guests who we wrote “and guest” on the seating chart. I contacted the people that we gave the plus ones too and a few of them didn’t give me their guests names because a few of them have no idea who they are bringing so I asked if it was okay if I just wrote guest by their name and they were fine with it. The wedding is in 13 days so I don’t really have the time to get it redone. If my fiance told me that his co worker was in fact brining his on/off again gf when they gave me the rsvp I would have added her name on the seating chart.

It’s fine. If it was his wife, fiancee, or long term gf it would be nice to try to find out her name. In this case, who knows — maybe they’ll be off again and he’ll bring someone else! If you’re truly offering “and guest” and don’t really care who he brings, it’s fine to leave it “and guest.”

The only time I was even slightly offended by being the “and guest” after my SO’s name on an invitation/seating chart was when it was a mutual friend of ours! LOL otherwise, not a big deal!
