I do expect to get work done but in a more restorative way when I get older. I’ll definitely get an eye lift (my family has huge problems with droopage in middle age) so I figure I might as well sneak in a subtle face lift.

I’ve been under anesthesia twice to remove cysts and it wasn’t a big deal to me but my dad swears that something went wrong with the anesthesia when he fixed his deviated septum in the 80s. He claims that he was mentally quicker before it.

I totally would. I’d get a nose job and lip injections. I actually always imagined that I would get a nose job and lip injections before my wedding pictures, but then again I didn’t think I would be engaged so soon. I’ve always disliked my nose but I don’t mind too much waiting until after the wedding.💁🏻  I’ve gone back and forth about wanting a boob job, but I hate the thought of having to undergo surgery to replace them every decade or so….

I would actually probably prefer to hire a personal trainer, a personal chef, a hair stylist and a makeup artist on hand everyday. I feel like that is the easier, less painful way to achieve the look I want lol

I would totally get a boob job, and still probably will one day after I have kids.

if money wasn’t an object, and I also had enough I could take a “recovery vacation” at an AI in the carribean as some do, then sure I’d probably get some stuff done.  To be clear, I would have to have so much money that taking the time off (if I even had a job at that point) and paying for the surgery and vacation were all a drop in the bucket.  Because in that case, why not?  Move a little bit of fat from areas where I could stand to shed a bit and put it all into my butt. 😛

I’d definitely get some sort of therapy for the spider veins on my legs (I’ve had them since I was like 12, so stupid). Maybe some other dermatological stuff.

I don’t know if I would willingly get surgery though. There are plenty of things I’d like to change, but I don’t know if it would be worth the risk.

I’ve thought about it a lot, I would love a tummy tuck, breast reduction (I could get it covered) and butt injections, but DH is very against any elective surgery. It’s not that going under anesthesia is scary, it’s that it has real risks.

I might get scar revision, if that counts? I have a pretty bad one on my right arm, from a hockey teammate accidentally skating into it. It sounds a lot worse than it was, really, but you can see it.

biancalowe8 :  yes, I would. Boob lift for sure, and also some stomach lift too.
