Mine is preserved in a box right now, but we aren’t having children, so I’m unsure of what to do with it. I don’t want to part with it yet, so it will stay in my attic until I decide what to do with it!

silverport210:  ive been wanting to do wreck the dress. like in a beautiful water/ mountain sence. (our wedding was natural and nautical) but my friend is like noooo keep it. but really for what? yeah is my daughter going to want my dress?… if i have a daughter. maybe but the chances.? when i got married i had a lot of friends ask if i would like to wear their dress but i didnt want a used dress so i just dont see selling it. honestly i really want to wreck it in a photo shoot. not set it on fire or anything. it wasnt as expensive as most are. around 600 bucks. lets be honest how many bees out there actually bought a used dress?

I am still debating. On one hand I want to keep it, even though my daughter will probably not use it when she gets married because styles change so much. On the other hand I want to sell it to get some of my money back. I love my dress so much, I don’t know what to do.

I’m keeping mine. Not for progeny’s sake, but because I love it so much, the $300 or so is probably get for it isn’t worth parting with it.
