I am loving these sets for my bridemaids. I thought it would be fun to get a little different color but really have the purple be the standout color. What do you think? Would you love them as a gift and wear them afterwards?

I love them! I would definitely wear them afterwards!

yes i wil give my address so you can send it to me lol

I like them, they’re gorgeous. But I guess it would depend on what I wore regularly. Either way, they’re dressy but can go with a casual outfit too. Plus, it’s not like you’re looking for something that they’ll wear every single day! Love em!

i think its very pretty – not something i would wear “all” the time but def something i would be happy to wear if i had the right outfit
and its a useful Bridesmaid or Best Man gift.. unlike the pewter goblets i once received that sit in the cupboard unused – good choice!

I don’t think I would ever wear something like that again after the wedding.

I don’t think I would wear it afterward. Jewelry is such a personal thing. I was a Bridesmaid or Best Man once and the bride gave us earrings that I never wore again. I love the designer (local to her area) but just not that particular style. Maybe if they were all white/ivory pearls – just different shades. ??

Very pretty, mind sharing where they’re from? I have lots of pink and purple in my wardrobe, so I’d get a lot of use out of the set.

jewelry is so personal. it’s so hard to find something even a close friend will really wear. and it’s even harder when it’s something so very unique — and strongly colored. these are really pretty, don’t get me wrong (!), but if you want something people will wear again, you might considered something more classic (ie, simple pearls).

I thought that too, but my girls are anything but classic. That set I showed my MoH and she was like OMG I want those. I thought about getting some other sets made by the same designer, http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=8010381 just different colors. I have a gamer that loves earth tones and a non girly girl that is into muted colors, so I thought having the sets being a bit different in color would be a nice personal touch but they would still look cohesive at the wedding. Just a thought 🙂
I’d love some more opinions, so keep them coming 🙂

I’d wear it occasionally because I don’t wear a lot of colored jewelry. They’re really pretty though and depending on your girls’ taste, they’ll wear them all the time.

I think it’s really beautiful, but not “me”. I wear very small jewelry since I’m so petite and almost never wear necklaces. I would def wear the earrings again, but no the necklace.

Yeh, I just don’t love them. I get a lil bummed when I get jewelry as the bmaids gift.

I think you know your girls. You know if they’re snobs like acouple on this post or if they are bubbly & colorful & would like these. I personally would love them as a gift even if I don’t wear a lot of purple. I would go buy some purple just to wear these with it! Go for it!

I agree with the ladies saying that jewelry is such a personal thing. I personally wouldn’t wear them, because it’s just not my style. Determine it based off of your maids jewelry habits, perhaps?
