hi! we’re having a cocktail reception (our guests know that) and because this is my last chance to tweak the menu i wanted to get input
just FIY I did try all the items and they were out of this world delicious!

Focaccia with Fresh Tomato, Basil, Caramelized Onion And Mozzarella with Extra Virgin Oil and Herbs
Char-Grilled Beef on top of Montrachet Mashed Potatoes with Guava Demi-Glace served on Homemade Garlic Cone
Hoisin Tuna filled Lettuce Bundle with Ginger Soy Dipping Sauce
North Carolina Pulled Pork Mini Sandwich with Southern Cole Slaw
Blini With Crème Fraiche, Chopped Scallion And Norwegian Smoked Salmon
and then we’ll have cakes (carrot, chocolate, red velvet), cupcakes (several flavors), paletas (crazy popsicles) and some other desserts that a chocolattier is working on.
(allergic/vegetarian guests are not an issue, we have only 50 people so I did my homework and checked)
