Yes! This could turn into something serious and safety comes first!

Eh, it's just to my cell. They'll never find me so probably not, no.

    Other - please explain!

I think if your harasser is still contacting you.  Keep records of it and take it to the police.  You  don’t need to suffer the stress.

I wouldnt report it at this point. If she starts calling you again then make a police report but if she doesnt continue to call Id say she realize she called the wrong person and leave it at that.

I don’t know the laws in your area. But if I called the cops on one phone call, they’d tell me to go away and if they contacted me again constantly then come back. One phone call from some crazy lady? Move on and don’t let it bother you.

@CestTresJolie14: This lady in a frantic rage, tried to call you. You said it yourself she hasn’t called back. She’s probably embrassed! Worrying about your safety is just ridiculous! She has your mobile number nothing else. Ive been threatned by customers and they’ve waited in carparks/shopping centres for me. If I survive that, I think you’ll be okay!

Wow. There are so CRAZY people out there these days..I probably wouldn’t call the police since she didn’t say anything like “i’m coming to find you” or anything like that..but if she continued to call me or I got blocked calls all of a sudden, I’d probably file a report. Save the proof that her number called you though in case you were to ever need it in court.

She hasn’t technically done anything illegal. Calling and ranting and raving is just silly, not a crime. If she threatened to hunt you down and put your head on a pike, that’s one thing.

I wouldn’t call the cops with something like this.

@CestTresJolie14:  You are being a little dramatic to suggest she is going to kill you. She does not know your name, you live in a different country and you told her she has the wrong person. It’s an odd phone call but to call the cops and suggest she is going to kill you is a bit overdramatic. It’s  just a weird phone call move on dear.

File a police report.  They’ll send an officer out to go have a talk with her and tell her to knock it off.  I don’t think involving them is an overreaction at all, especially since she has your cell number and there are services you can pay for to get someone’s name and address using that.

I had who I think is a former coworker harassing me by phone.  The calls were blocked, but I have a service that will give me the numbers of blocked calls that go to my cell phone.  As soon as I was able to give a number to the cops, the calls stopped.

Please don’t waste the police’s time on this. You don’t know who the lady is, she didn’t threaten you, and she’s not called back. Chances are, she’s too busy divorcing Ignacio to worry about you, and she probably knows ignavio’s girlfriend by now too.
