pancakelover :  imho, don’t get involved. I don’t think it’s right either. But, with people like this, their deeds catch up to them. Stay out of their way, you know their character.

Your post is kind of confusing… There are 2 cousins (S & M) but only one husband? Anways, that’s all kind of beside the point of the post, and I definitly would not get the info of the company to rat on your cousin. This is not your business at all, as the saying goes not your pig, not your farm, if they were directly harming your or another innocent person, yes I would say something, but in this case, no.

Stay out of it. That’s just going to start some family drama if some how they find out you ratted on them. If they get caught, well that’s on them.

pancakelover :  they could both go to prison for fraud, but they brief you on things like that pretty well during the on boarding process for those types of jobs. they’re both complete idiots, but I’d stay out of it. when you start messing with people’s money, no matter how indirectly, shit gets real ugly, real fast.

this will not end well for either of them, because I guarantee you they will be caught…especially if he’s had no prior training. she will lose her license and they’ll both face severe legal ramifications…

None ya business. Either he eventually screws up majorly and they find out/fire your cousin or he does a fantastic job which, good then.

I agree with @sollyb, only get involved if they are directly harming or scamming an innocent person. In this case I would completely stay out of it. This does give you some information about them that they are not trustworthy.

She must want to lose her license very badly. Of course I have the dissenting opinion. I’d notify the Board of Nursing in your state. Such idiots, it would be so easy to catch them by looking at IP addresses of her logins.

My general rule of thumb is that if someone is going to get hurt/be harmed, speak up. If not, her own stupidity will catch up with her.

They’re idiots.  Let them do the dumb shit on their own. It will catch up to them in some way or another. The bad deeds you do don’t always manifest the way you did them.

sunburn :  agreed. Someone could absolutely get hurt this way. I’d report anonymously that something was up.
