    @daisymae900:  My e ring is roughly the same size and i wouldn’t consider it small at all.

    @daisymae900:  As long as you love it. I do like the low setting though – way less risk of it catching on stuff/bumping into things.

    @daisymae900:  I don’t think it’s small at all. I think it’s very pretty! But if you don’t love it, you can always upgrade or pick a cut that faces bigger up top. I’d talk to your Fiance. ๐Ÿ™‚

    TOO small? no way. small and dainty? hell yes! it’s beautiful. I love small rings. it really suits your hand, too! but anyway, it’s just an object, you can always get more rings. don’t feel too bad about it either way.

    @daisymae900:

    sorry I am not being rude but I think this post is just pointless. If you think the ring is too small, get a bigger one. Everyone will say something different depending on their taste. Some like super bling, some like small and dainty, some like coloured stones etc etc.

    point being, we all like different things. We are people so consumed with what other people think?

    I just want to add a subtle reminder that the size/quality/price of the ring in no way, shape, or form symbolizes how much love you and your partner have for each other. I think that if that is the ring you love, and it fits your personality, then it’s perfect. Who cares how big or small it is?

    Just a side note, 1 ct is definitely not the “average” size for an engagement ring. I think it’s extremely improper to try and say there is an average, because does that make anything less than 1 ct below average? And I’ve noticed that in different countries (for instance England, where prices are WAY higher for way smaller sizes) the average is much lower than in the US (think .5 ct being large).

    Diamond Shirnkage Disorder is real, everybody looks at their diamond and sees some shrinkage at some point… especially when there is no sunlight or good lighting, but I will say this.. having been married and wearing bands since October, once you add your bands, you suffer from the disorder a little less.

    .75 is a nice size stone and your ring is pretty, so don’t let the BEE make you feel bad about your ring.  Your diamond is beautiful,

    @sweetroses:  well put….. the ring is not a measure of the love and it is all relative to where you live…… even in the U.S.

    @Creiddylad:  not that there is anyting wrong with a big stone because there isnt, and there isnt anything wrong with a small stone.. they are all beautiful, but I so agree with you.. I think it is a mistake to compare your ring to anyone else on the BEE because you may not be comparing apples to apples and organges to oranges, ie MOISY vs Diamond, vs. ASHA vs. CZ, they all run different prices and quality levels.  So I think it is a bad idea to compare.

    daisymae900:  Your ring is beautiful ๐Ÿ™‚ I have a .7 on a 4.5 finger, so I know in person more or less how it looks as opposed to photo. I think it’s lovely, but what matters is that you love it ๐Ÿ™‚

    daisymae900:  Your ring is totally not small, and it looks so good on your finger! Tbh I don’t like huge rocks anyway, but I think your ring suits your hand and looks very elegant.
