Well, I don’t have kids, but I wouldn’t be okay with it and I don’t think my Fiance would be okay with it.  For that matter, I’m not sure my co-worker would be okay with it!

@lolaswann:  she is talking about breastfeeding.

I dont have kids but I would not be comfortable with it. And I cant imagine the young male co-worker would be either.

haha, if there was a way to do it discreetly…I used to pump while DRIVING sooo..the noise might be a bit much for him though!

I think my SO would not be ok with it, He’s a little prude IMO. He gets shy over lots of things, and this would be waaaaaaaay over his limit.

I would assure your so/dh that in no way is anyone turned on by the sound of a breast pump, AND if he happen to of got a looksie, it’s not cute, being milked.

Nope. Wouldn’t happen unless there was a dire emergency and we were stranded somewhere.

I wouldn’t care, sorry my child’s well being comes before anything else if I was still BFing and or pumping

I do not have kids, but no I would not be comfortable with that, DH would not be comfortable with that, and I’m sure the male coworker wouldn’t be comfortable with that either! Hell, I don’t think it even matters if the coworker is male or female, I don’t think either would be comfortable with that.

If you can’t go 2 hours without pumping, maybe ask for a bathroom break in the middle of the trip and do it then?

no thanks. if you plan accordingly, 2 hours shouldn’t put you in a situation where you’d have to do that.  If it was a dire emergency, I’d ask him to stop at a rest area/mcdonalds/whatever so I could use the car in privacy or go in the bathroom.

I’d definitely breast feed my kid if needed, but pumping is not the same thing!

@MrsWBS:  +1. Forget about your own comfort level…your poor male (or even if it was a female) coworker might feel extremely uncomfortable.
