That’s really awful. Ugh. I’d definitely see if you can get the business to take the comments down as well!

Just out of interest, did they respond?

I am so, so sorry! No one should have hateful comments made about their wedding day! I cannot believe the nerve (and ignorance, self-righteousness, and hatefullness) of some people.

I am so glad you had a wonderful day. My hope is, as you live your marriage every day forward, that it may be blessed and eventually push out any lingering hurt from these comments.

Congratulations!

People suck.  But more and more, those bigoted, close-minded types are either dying off or being shamed into keeping their stupid traps shut.  So hooray for improvement!

I would also love to see these pictures so we can tell you how awesome you and your wife’s perfect day was!  Post em!

Why do the most ignorant people always have the biggest mouths?!?!   I think it’s really great you sent an email.  You two make a beautiful couple.

Wow… I clicked “report” on the comments too, and it suggested I message her directly. Really? If I flagged a wedding bee post it wouldn’t suggest I message the person directly to take care of it! I hope the venue removes them, I can’t imagine they want negative comments of any kind on their pictures. If for some crazy reason they refuse to, I would revoke your permission to use your image. But I can’t imagine it would come to that.

@crookedframe:  Wow. What kind of a person takes time out of their day to write stupid shit on someone else’s wedding pictures? She didn’t have to click the freaking album! What bullshit. I’m glad you wrote to her. You were much MUCH more reasonable than I would have been.

I’m so very sorry you have to deal with this. You don’t deserve it.

@crookedframe:  What a waste of space! Honestly, what is even the point of trashing someones relationship?

First off, congrats on your wedding, it looks like an absolutely gorgeous affair 🙂

You handled that with dignity and grace. Good on you. I would certainly not have been nearly as graceful as you were if someone were commenting so negatively on my wedding to the person I love. It makes me so angry that people like this still exist. It is 2013. Like, seriously?

I’m glad to see all the comments where people are telling her what BS that is. If she doesn’t like it, that’s fine, she is entitled to her opinion, but there is no need to make ignorant remarks on someone’s wedding album. Regardless of whether it is posted online, or in public, or not.

Are you the one in the dress?  You look amazing, and you both look so happy.  Congrats!

How awful of that person! You gave a great reply. Some people astound me with their heartlessness and stupidity. I hope they remember their poor behavior is now on the Internet forever as standing proof what asses they are.

I’m so sorry this happened.
