I am so upset over this! My dress came in 2 months earlier than expected. I received a call from the bridal salon to inform me that it had arrived. I asked them if I needed an appointment and they said to just come in (whenever). My sister is out of town so I decided to go pick up my dress in a week when she arrived. The bridal salon calls my sister and tells her that if I do not pick up my dress they will charge me a late fee! WTF!!! They never said this to me when I ordered my dress or when I spoke to them on the phone. It is not on my receipt either! I do not live in that area and I am busy with school and work! I can’t just take a day off! UGH!!!! I do plan on calling them when I get home.
This is not the first problem I have had with them and I wish I had bought my dress elsewhere. I do not want to deal with them and they have [email protected]#*!% up my day!
