Ladies… I have received the greatest piece of news while planning my wedding since the proposal! So we all want a wedding thats extra FABULOUS and PERFECT but without the costly price tag. As a result, we are indulging in ideas to create beautiful DIY projects that are budget friendly! I myself have perused the web (especially the Bees), and taken several trips to different arts and crafts stores like Michaels, AC Moore, Dollar Tree, and Target to get inspiration and crafts on a budget. While asking my family for ideas and help if I need it down the road, I forgot to think outside the box! I never asked who’s good with computers, calligraphy, website creation, artistic design and how could I forget SCRAPBOOKING!!! Low and behold my sister (Matron of Honor) loves to scrapbook as a hobby. She even started her own LLC about a year ago to sell her own products online. What comes with a sister that scrapbooks and sells items online????? You guessed it! A WHOLESALE license!
Once I got the news that she could purchase items for me using her license for 50% off the wholesale price, on top of use her expertise in creating designs for my DIY projects, I was AMAZED!!!! So over the next year, I will present to you: Save the Dates, Invitations, Wedding Programs, Pomanders, Tears of Joy Packets, Ribbon Wands, Out of Town Bags, and Bridesmaid Totes filled with goodies! With a wedding for 170 guests, most of which are OOT-ers, this help for my crazy budget could not have come sooner.
So, thanks to my Maid/Matron of Honor for discounts on bridesmaid totes, dowels, jumbo sticks, rhinestones, styrofoam balls, glassine bags, ribbon, and silk flowers! If you know someone in your family that is into scrapbooking or selling things online, pick their brains for them to purchase a wholesale license! You will truly benefit.
When my first order arrives, I’ll let you guys know about the quality, etc!
