Damiansmum10:  I haven’t heard a thing about wraps since high school! I remember wanting one so bad before prom and diy-ing one out of a seventeen magazine. Let’s just say it didn’t work at all and was extremely comical (involved slathering on lotion, wrapping your naked self in plastic wrap, then 2+ blankets)…

What does a real wrap involve? I can’t imagine the results would be long-lasting or is it just a temporary firming thing?

Sorry, but I don’t think you were putting the same effort into your posture in both pics.

Wraps remove some water from the tissues which will be back in a few days. They do not take away fat.

I’m going to go out on a limb here and guess that it’s the not eating junk food that helps more than a wrap.

…if you stop eating fast food/junk food every day then yes, your stomach will get smaller, regardless of whether you use a wrap or not.

If only they made a wrap for spelling and grammar.

The wraps and supplements from It Works are completely a scam.  Eat healthy.  Exercise regularly.  Don’t put crazy “vitamins” in your body.  If you are eating a balanced diet with fruits and vegetables, you should be getting all the nutrients you need.  Oh and the best part?  Fruits and vegetables are a lot cheaper than paying for all that junk from It Works!

Damiansmum10:  While that’s a great difference, eliminating junk food and watching what you eat will yield the same result as well as working out. Wraps, if they work, are a temporary solution. I tried the It Works wraps, and I had terrible luck with them. I never used them again because I didn’t feel like drinking a gallon of water while my stomach burned from the gel on the wraps.

Damiansmum10:  I believe that you may reduced bloating, which certainly makes a difference in appearance but is very short lived.  You can’t really change your body composition unless you change what’s going on on the inside.  To do that you need to change things like diet, exercise, sleep, stress, etc.
