Ugggghhh I am so frustrated with them right now. We never had problems with them before but since we moved it has been nothing but problems with UPS. I seriously think our guys is lazy/ on drugs/ insane. I work from home so I am here like 95%of the time during the day. Every time he “attempts” to deliver a package he rings my buzzer (there are 8 units in my building) and i buzz him in within 3-5 seconds. Every single time he leaves and puts a damn note one the door. By the time I get shoes on and go downstairs he’s nowhere to be seen. This has happened three times so far. Next time I’m running out the door and after his ass down the street.
We’ve already tried talking to his manager. One time he brought the package by at the end of his day (presumably after the manager yelling at him) after his route and left it at the bottom of the stairs even though a signature was required. Didn’t even ring the buzzer or come up even though we were home and he knew we were home. The time after that he delivered correctly. This time as soon as it happened, I tried to call the office since I practically have the number on speed dial at this point and it just rang for like 5 minutes and I gave up. If it were up to me I would just never use UPS again, but that’s what amazon uses and I love them. Am I seriously going to have to start calling every company I want to order from and make sure they don’t send via UPS?!?! I am so frustrated right now!!!!!!!
Also I know the buzzer is working fine because I check every time this happens. The worst part about this is that I won’t be home for part of Monday so I will likely not get my item until Tuesday. F&$*ING SERIOUSLY UPS?!?! COME ON!! In this economy you would think they could find competent workers.
SHAME UPS!! SHAME ON YOU!!
I’m considering leaving a passive aggressive note for him on Monday. Thoughts?
