mountainob:  First off, Isis is gorgeous on you!!!  Love the extended train.  I don’t think it dwarfs you and I’m kinda jealous tbh!  How tall are you?  You don’t look short in the photos at all.  And the belt you picked is so pretty!  I need to find something for mine still.

I have the same question about the gapping on mine as well.  I started a thread the other day asking about fashion tape that might work to hold the top of the dress to the skin so that doesn’t happen, but no one replied.  I think that’s the best bet though, just a matter of finding a good brand that can hold.

mountainob:  I love love love it on you, extended train and all. The color is lovely on you…is yours ivory over topaz? I deleted my poll but decided to order it and decide on the belt later. The one in the pic is ten sizes too big on me and is pulled and clipped very tight…that is why it looks so fitted. I have no idea what it will look like in my size.

If yours is still gapping in the boob area, run to cvs and buy some of those stick on boobie cups to fill it out. Never can have too much in the boob department. You can also bustle the train if it bothers you. Good luck…you are going to be a beautiful bride! ,

mountainob:  Thank you, I would really appreciate knowing if a nubra and some tape helps with the gapping!  I can’t wait to see pictures of Isis in action- you are going to be a beautiful bride!!!

mountainob:  Thanks for coming back to reply (and thank goodness for the notification emails!).  I’m so glad the nubra worked for you!  I actually bought the same one, but it made the girls TOO big for the dress, even when positioned so it wasn’t pulling them together.  I might try another one that Target had, which looked like it wasn’t as bulky.  I’m going to keep this one though because I can definitely see getting use out of it!  Are you going to do a recap or post any pictures? ๐Ÿ™‚

Hello!! I just began my hunt for THE dress!! So far I am loving Isis.  I also have the strap concern.  Anyone who said they did go with this have pics of them with straps? And I tried on topaz, curious to see/hear more on the ivory vs. topaz

km8068:  Hello, I purchased this dress on Friday, and am second guessing my decision, because while this is a beautiful gown, I wanted something that flares more at the bottom. You mentioned that you were going to make it into a trumpet style gown. How did that work out? Do you have any pictures of the dress after theses alterations? Thank you!
