They took material away and from memory it cost $500 for all the alterations, i dont remember the break down but the $500 included, 2 different types of straps, making the dress shorter and smaller all down the side and making it sweetheart. hope that helps!

I just had a fitting with some of my alterations done- neckline altered to a sweeheart, and straps added (though they’re just pinned here, not sewn on yet). This is with the almond underlay, without beading.
