I would fight it. I can’t really be any help. I’m surprised WTOO did that though just because they are know for great quality.

So sorry to hear that you’re having this problem!  I haven’t had any problem with Watters (I also have a WTOO dress), and they are a pretty well-known, respectable brand, so it surprises me that they would handle it this way.  Do you have any pictures of the problem?  Maybe it can be fixed in alterations?

Take pictures of the stitching on the sample dress and the damaged stitching on yours. If the shop owner agrees with you that the dress does not look right, she should let you photograph the sample. Send those pictures, along with a nice and detailed letter, ALL OVER THE PLACE to every address and name you can find on their website. Random Guy at the Warehouse doesn’t have as much say as an executive, so get their attention. Visuals help big-time.
