I weighed in today, and lost more than I expected (WHOOOOO), so I didn’t shred b/c.. I just don’t feel like it. But, I just didn’t feel like it yesterday too. Is that completely awful of me? I’ve been exercising more than I ever have, I’ve missed 2 days in the past 3 weeks and now I am missing 2 more in a row!
Im worried I’m losing my motivation. I’m going to ASSUME I’m not though.. starting tomorrow I’m off for 3 days in a row and I can’t imagine me not working out on those days.
How do you know when you start to lose motivation to work out? And then what do you do to get it back??
