@okqueenbee:  The caramel quakes are my favorite. The apple cinnamon ones are good too. Quaker makes them in sweet or salty flavors, so it can be a good alternative to chips.

Oh, my best snack for the late afternoon is an apple with peanut butter yogurt dip. Normally that is 4 points, but I have found the PB2 powdered peanut butter and now it is 2 points! Totally gets me through the afternoon and into dinner so I don’t gorge on junk while making dinner.

The PB2 powder is not bad at all! It is not quite as indulgent as regular peanut butter, but it really is not bad at all in the dip.

I actually look forward to this snack every afternoon. I just love it.

Regular Peanut Butter Yogurt Dip – 4pts (with apple)

3 Tablespoons Peanut Butter

4 Tablespoons vanilla yogurt or plain yogurt with a bit of vanilla extract

PB2 yogurt dip – 2 pts (with apple)

3 Tablespoons PB2 powder

1.5 – 2 Tablespoons water

4 Tablespoons vanilla yogurt or plain yogurt with a bit of vanilla extract

I haven’t done WW in a while, but I believe this was 1 possibly 2 points.

Cover blueberries in your preferred yogurt, I use vanilla source. Then freeze them. Then you et them and they taste like candy, so yummy!

I love me some blueberries right now. Any time, any where, fresh, frozen, just not mashed, really. Whenever I can find them for a good price, I stock up! (Speaking of which, I wonder if Sprouts is still having that sale….. Hmm…). I’m also a fan of plain petite carrots, which I eat daily =)

@okqueenbee:  this isn’t a power snack – but I just discovered 10g mini marshmallows are 1 point! Abd that’s a lot too top your 1 point options hot chocolate with! Yum! But for a power snack I love golden vegetable cup a soup for 2 points. It goes really lovely and creamy and fills a hole

I’m kinda lazy, so I really only do fruits for snacks. Grapes, apples, bananas, berries (starberries, blueberries, blackberries). They do have some mini light greek yogurt packs now that I just bought (haven’t calculated points or tried them out yet), but it’s a bit of high protein yogurt with a topping (chocolate, peanut butter, granola, etc.) and I think that would make for a great snack. I wish I was more creative lol
