Me too! I lost only 1lb and I’m sad cause I still didn’t get to my 5% yet πŸ™

I’m .2lbs away. sucks! I’m worried I’m getting lackidasical with the whole counting points thing, I hope we aren’t hitting plateaus!

I lost almost two, so I’m happy.  I was hoping it would be a bit more since I really worked hard to eat well this week, but oh well.  I need to stop watching The Biggest Loser where they lose 15 pounds in a week… it’s throwing off my sense of what’s normal.

I think thats what is happening to me maybe! I’ve lost 8 lbs, but NO inches. It just doesn’t make any sense..? Right?

I’m half tempted to throw my hands up and say “this isn’t working!!” but If the scale is consistently lower than the previous few days (yes, I weigh a few times a week- it’s reinforcing!) then it IS working. But if I’m no smaller then… I’m at loss for words.

Well.. this weekend when I weighed myself I was down two more pounds.. BUT.. now I have my period and I cheated a lot this weekend. Went over the flex points πŸ™ I weigh in tomorrow night, I’ll report back. I really hope I reach my 5lbs tomorrow… I’m at 4.2 lost, cmon’ .8!! But if not, I know what mistakes I made and what I need to change!

I went to NYC over the weekend for 4 days….oh man.  I tried to be good about tracking, and not over eating, but boy did I go to town.  The scale still said I lost .4 which was a let down (as I have been losing like 1.5/week) but then again, I’m super glad I didn’t gain! 

I am trying to buckle down again this week but it is hard as my body is used to eating rich foods again!

Yeah, I kind of gave up tracking by the second two days.  I don’t know how I could live in NYC, between the food, and the cost of everything!  Mr. B was horrified that chicken breast was FOUR TIMES as expensive!

Guys, I don’t feel like this is going so well. I have another weigh in on Sunday, and I keep seeing the scale flip flop all over the place. I was weighing myself everyday because everyday it was slightly lower than the one before it. I can’t imagine that I’ve lost 8 lbs and already hit a plateau? AND shred everyday. That’s a killer. I have gotten lax about counting points, so maybe that has something to do with it.

ALSO- I lost 8 lbs, and it feels like alot when I see the scale, but I see no difference in my body at all. (except that I’m stronger due to the shred).

I’m feeling really discouraged.

I have a hard time because I hate measuring all the time…and I don’t have enough sets of measuring things so I am ALWAYS washing them out…..

I think Mr. B may have lost more just by eating similarly to me but no tracking, haha!  When we went to NYC my bff told me how amazing HE was looking :-p  He does look good, though, and is motivation for me!

I fell off the wagon πŸ™

Last week I had a lot of social events and total fell off and this week I couldn’t pick it back up again!!!!!!

Need to start TOMORROW!!!!! Need some motivation ladies!

Didn’t do great, I gained .4lbs.  But I had a rough week emotionally last week and the fact that I didn’t break down and eat a dozen cupcakes is really impressive for me, so I’m chalking last week up to a learning experience and moving on to this week.
