@Inna_21:  I was wondering the same thing! I want my ‘maids to have Bill Levkoff dresses but they are $220 retail (+tax +alterations!) and I found them on this site for $154. I researched the site/company and they seem legitimate! Did you ever find anything out or decide what you were going to do?

Well I can tell you that they are legit!  There are actually Wedding Shoppe stores.  I purchased my dress from the one in MN.  Their items are 100% authentic. They have sooooooo much inventory, I’m totally not surprised at the magnitude of their website either.  If you sign up they’ll start sending you 20% off accessories coupons, so you may want to wait a bit before actually ordering after you sign up. ๐Ÿ™‚  Great service in person, definately order from them!  (I’m actually getting my flower girl dress from the website because they don’t have it in store.)

Oh and btw the store in MN has been there for many, many, many years and most of my friends from the Twin Cities area have purchased their gown there.  So it’s definately a reputable place.

I plan to order a gown online from them and have made inquiries a few times. They are very quick to respond and they offer free shipping even to international buyers. Great!

@ArmyWifey8.23:  Thank you SO much!!! I feel MUCH better having my BMs order a $154 dress than a $240!!!! They will definitely be ordered from the website!!! Glad they’re reputable!

I can also vouch it’s a real brick and mortar store, I’ve been there many times in MN ๐Ÿ™‚ I got a BM dress for a friend’s wedding there and the service was great.

Thanks for this info! I fell in love with a dress at Kleinfeld today and this website also has it and has free shipping (while Kleinfeld would charge me $75) and they currently have a promotion where you get $300 towards your next order when you order the gown, so I can a sash or other accessory for free, essentially if I purchase through them. Oh and no tax! I’m glad they are legit! ๐Ÿ™‚

Hello, nice to find this subject on WeddingBee1 I’m thinking about ordering the Watters Vanessa dress from http://www.weddingshoppeinc.com

I have tried to find it in the UK but no luck yet. I just wanted to make sure this site is definitly legitimate, there are some many website offering wedding dresses at what look like amazing prices, so it’s great to hear this is a proper website offering the actual dresses and not cheap knock offs. Although I would be happy to pay for a really good ‘inspired by’ dress if I could be gauranteed of quality. I’ve heard that Etsy can be good as its actual seamstresses and you can check the ratings etc.

Anyway, if anyone has ordered this a similar Watters dress and has any advice I would love to hear it ๐Ÿ˜‰

So, did any of you end up ordering your gown or bridesmaid dresses online, and how was the experience?

I can see they’re in MN, so I don’t doubt they’re legit (plus, they’re listed on Bill Levkoff’s site as an authorized retailer) but just wondering how smoothly everything went!

BUMPING

Has anyone ordered from the website before?

I found a dress on Pintrest, and the link took me to a wedding blog. It listed the designer/website for the bridesmaid dress I found, and the link took me the WeddingShoppeInc.com. I found the dress I was looking for, and it’s really reasonably priced.

I did more searching and found they also have Alfred Sung dresses. I’m in two weddings this year as a Bridesmaid or Best Man, both brides have picked an Alfred Sung dress for us. The bridal shop quoted us $218/dress (and that’s with a discount for having more than 8 bridesmaids), yet the wedding shoppe has it for $154.

Their FAQ says they are an authorized retailer of every designer they carry. Plus, they let you try the dress for a $1, and send it back before you order your final size. Just wondering if it’s too good to be true.
